There are the following technical requirements and precautions when installing and using color steel plates in the clean area of ​​the medical clean workshop:
1. The color steel plate partition wall in the clean area should be installed after the construction of the indoor ground surface. According to the requirements of "Design Code for Clean Workshops in the Pharmaceutical Industry", R=50 aluminum alloy cargo stainless steel arc bead and bead shall be installed at the junction of partition wall and ceiling, partition wall and ground, partition wall and partition wall after the construction of the ceiling is completed. The gap should be sealed with silicone.

2. When constructing the color steel plate ceiling, the gap between the plate and the plate should be carefully handled. The gap above the board (that is, the side exposed on the inner side of the ceiling) should be sealed with glass fiber sealing tape immediately after the ceiling board is installed. The seal shall not be broken or interrupted, and use self-tapping screws to press 50mm wide and 1mm thick. Aluminum alloy layering, after all the pipes in the ceiling are installed, the board surface is thoroughly cleaned. The gap on the bottom surface of the board (that is, the side exposed to the clean room) should be caulked with transparent silicone. The caulking should be uniform, continuous, smooth and tight.

3. When the thickness of the color steel sandwich panel used for the suspended ceiling is 50mm, the distance between the lifting points of the boom should not be greater than 3 meters, and the upper end of the boom should be anchored to the building (roof) panel or beam by means of metal expansion bolts. Flower basket bolts should be installed on the pole to facilitate the leveling of the ceiling. The boom should be made of Φ8 or Φ10 round steel.

The hole of the air supply diffuser on the color steel plate ceiling in the clean room, the hole of the lamp and the hole of the return air hole of the color steel plate partition wall should be closely coordinated with related professions to ensure that the hole position is accurate. After the equipment is installed, the gaps around the holes should be sealed with sealant, and the caulking should be tight, smooth, uninterrupted and beautiful.

When it is inevitable that the pipeline passes through the color steel plate ceiling or color steel plate partition wall in the clean area, after the pipeline is installed, the gap around the pipe should be sealed with a gasket, and the gap around the gasket should be caulked with silica gel.
