Adjustment method: Take the outer surface layer of the stainless steel clean door leaf as the standard plane, and check whether the door frame is parallel to the door leaf after installation and use. If the door frame is not parallel to the door leaf, add a wooden pad on the back of the door frame close to the screw position to make sure the door leaf is parallel.
Concrete filling method:
Since the door frame of the stainless steel clean door is basically hollow, in order to make the door more stable, it is necessary to fill the hollow of the door frame with concrete. When filling the concrete to close the door, pay attention to the opening surface of the door leaf, and put a paper pad between the door frame and the door leaf. The filling of concrete should not be excessive, otherwise the door frame will be deformed, which will affect the use and opening of the stainless steel clean door. After filling the concrete for 4 hours, remove the paper pad, gently open the door leaf, use a screw knife to scrape the concrete at the drilling position in the frame, and then cover the installation hole. If the frame is not filled with concrete, the functionality will be affected, and the consequences will be serious.
