1. After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the air shower door will automatically close the outer door immediately, and the infrared (voice control/human heat energy) induction will automatically start the air shower, and it will blow for 15 seconds (the factory has been set). Note: The two stainless steel doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time during the shower. Forcibly opening the door will damage the electronic lock. The two doors of the air shower room are controlled by electronic interlocking.

2. After the air shower is finished, push out the door and enter the clean room.

Install:

When the air shower is installed at the entrance of the clean room, there should be no gap between it and the clean room wall. If there is air leakage, please trim the edges with caulking agent, and please pay attention to the level of the equipment installation, otherwise it will affect the door opening. and durability. The equipment is divided into base and no base type. The base type can be directly adjusted and filled with silicone after being leveled. The baseless type needs to be fixed with expansion screws and then filled with silicone. The wiring of the power supply should be connected to the R, S, T, and E terminals of the terminal block in the junction box above the equipment according to the voltage shown in the specification.
